There are two main reasons to build our brand, and that is to support our hiring efforts, and also our sales efforts. Having and growing a great brand makes hiring great people and winning large, interesting projects, far easier than it would be otherwise. This is because people can buy into our brand if they agree with the way we do and think about things. People buy into why, how, and what we do, and we should aim to become thought leaders in our industry.
Our brand should be a source of pride for everyone involved in Mäd.
